Underground Apocalypse to reveal a new sound

Underground Apocalypse is one-half of Mountain Bible Church’s worship team: Mark Adams (youth pastor), Michael Gardiner (college student) and Zander Smead (high school student). This three-piece combo will perform original music by the youth pastor, which is featured at GospelDays.com, and one or two covers. Drawing on several New Testament themes, their set will include a few based on the life and message of John the Baptist. Other songs include “Lord Jesus Christ,” based on an ancient Christian prayer — “Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me a sinner.” Though Mark’s sound falls more into the category of folk music, with Zander on bass and Michael on drums, the sound of Underground Apocalypse will rock.
